Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Macutec manufactured?

It is made in Australia. We source only the highest standard ingredients. It is manufactured under
the highest therapeutic standards (GMP) in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility regularly
audited for compliance.

Why can’t I buy Macutec in a Pharmacy or other retail outlets?

Our goal is to keep the cost to customers as low as possible. Knowing many of our patients are on
pensions or fixed incomes we made a conscious decision to sell directly to patients and save you
paying a retailer margin. By calling our New Zealand  number or ordering here online you can make significant savings.

I don’t have a credit card to pay

That’s fine, for those that are unable to pay by credit we will happily send out a 14 day account that
can be paid either by cheque or direct deposit at a bank or by electronic funds transfer. Just call us on NZ Free Call 0800 622 883 or Auckland (09) 801 3388 if you want to pay using these methods.

How is Macutec delivered?

When you order with us directly, deliveries will be made to your nominated NZ street address or PO Box and will not require a signature.  Delivery times will typically be 5 - 10 working days, with deliveries shipped (untracked) from our Australian warehouse in Brisbane.

How many capsules do I need to take?

Take one (1) capsule per day.

What happens when I am running out?

When our database shows that you may be running low on Macutec we will send you a courtesy
reminder email, or a reminder call. Naturally you can contact us when you are ready on NZ Free Call 0800 622 883 or Auckland (09) 801 0388 during business hours.
